Back in 2004, I wrote a list of “100 Things About Me” and as I was reading back over them… well… some of them are no longer true/are actually embarassing. Therefore, they’re getting updated.

- I have an unnatural love for Aaron Sorkin’s writing
- I have rarely felt more consistently alive than when I was a sex ed teacher in Northern Ireland
- I am a Yankee. I will never be a Texan. Thank God.
- I believe that Chili’s Molten Chocolate Cake, Cricket’s Apple Pie or Joycie’s cookies can fix any situation
- I really wish that life was a musical
- After many years of fighting it – I love my family – all of them – and feel the void in my life when I don’t get to see them.
- I bought an XBOX just to play Guitar Hero and stole my little brother’s PS2 just for Singstar. Both TOTALLY worth it.
- I would like to live in either Stars Hollow, Connecticut or Everwood, Colorado
- I have family that stretches across oceans and continents and defies the boundaries of DNA
- I understand my faith by stories more often than Scripture
- My dream job would be to be a traveling speaker/photographer for something like World Vision
- I would rather fail an exam than fail a friend
- I met one of my best friends on a moving sidewalk in Heathrow airport…
- … and met one of my roommates by demanding to be her friend. I’m serious. It’s slightly pathetic.
- I believe that drinking a cold Ale-8 out of green glass bottle is a religious experience
- When living in Belfast, I once flew to London just to have lunch with a friend from college.
- I want to be on every inhabited continent before I die
- I love getting dressed up because of how it makes me feel… but I hate the process to get there
- I am loved and accepted, but only at Sonic
- Brace yourself – this one’s cheesy – but I do share a traveling journal and a bracelet with my sisters from college – Abby, Rachel and Katie
- I get RIDICULOUSLY excited about seeing or singing Hairspray
- I am slightly addicted to being a youth worker
- I believe in the power of WaWa
- To read the rest… click
- I try every day to believe Psalm 139 and the transitive property of coolness
- I wish that my elementary school had forced me to learn Spanish
- I read The Chronicles of Narnia every Christmas break
- I believe that heaven sounds like small children singing in Swahili and that God is the same in mud huts and brick houses

- I know the deep and powerful meaning behind the phrase “Generation Reformation”

- I have a video of my little brother singing the Snickers commercial song… and it literally makes my day everytime I see it.

- It’s possible that the best shower that I have ever had in my life was the Hotel Des Milles Colline in Kigali, Rwanda
- I heart my Waco surprises
- I belong to two life groups … the one that meets in the sanctuary and the one that travels to the Island
